Push Yourself, Control Your Mind

I am a HUGE David Goggins fanatic. I listen to his motivational, inspirational, insanely powerful messages on a regular basis. The thing that I have realized through all of his messages is that YOU, have to control your mind and push yourself to new levels. With that being said, I have taken his input and use it while I work out. How many times when we workout do we say to ourselves "I can't do any more!" or "I am done, I just can't" and we give up? It's really interesting when you are working out, if you put it in your mind that you aren't going to give up on any of your sets, sprints, or whatever.....it's amazing how far you can push yourself.
Because of that, you realize how much potential we have that we just don't realize. We are able to push ourselves further than we think we can. But to realize our potential it requires pain, and the ability to push past what we think is our limit. Mentally, physically, emotionally, it doesn't matter what aspect of life we are talking bout, we have set limits on ourselves that we have to be willing to break through.
So the question is, do you have the mental toughness to push through? Do you have the mentality to tell yourself when you want to give up, that you need to shut up and push through? Do you want to see what your true potential is?
Join me on a journey to see where your limits are. I am setting a goal this year to really push myself in ALL aspects of my life. Physically I want to be in the best shape I've ever been in by my birthday in June. Mentally I want to push through the mental barriers I have for work. Emotionally I want to push myself to be centered and push past the limitations I have set on myself.
