Let's talk nutrition today!

Do you eat healthy meals? If yes, how many per week?

If you don't eat healthy meals, how often per week do you eat unhealthy?

Where do you get your nutrition from?

The topic for discussion that I'd like to share a little bit about today, is having a solid nutritional base. There are very few of us on this planet that eat healthy meals every single day, for every single meal. Let alone, what is your definition of healthy? All organic? Grown at home? Chemical free? There are so many variables when it comes to "eating healthy" that I would say pretty much everyone is eating something unhealthy. We must then think about creating a healthy base. If we aren't getting it through what we eat (highly unlikely) we have to boost the nutritional base by supplementing our bodies.

No surprise that I want to discuss supplementation because that is the industry that I fall in. There are definitely a few things that you should know about the industry. Weather you trust the FDA or not, it doesn't matter because they don't regulate the supplement industry. This is both good and bad! The biggest concern is that you will get companies taking advantage of the industry by selling products that aren't necessarily what they say they are. This is a concern across all cost levels in the industry. Just because you pay for expensive products, doesn't necessarily mean you are getting the best, so do your research.

It is up to you to do your due diligence! You have to find products that are proven, tested, safe, and include what they say they include and not include what they don't say they include. Not sure if you are aware, but over the years there have been tests done on products in the industry and many have shown to be mostly fillers. Fillers aren't going to give you a nutritional base, so you must do some research.

That is why I sell the products I do. They have history, science based, testing done regularly, quality control, and a 100% guarantee. Then you add on to all of that the fact that we were willing to put it all on the line and have UC Berkeley test non supplement users, to single supplement users, to users of multiple vitamins through our company and share the results.

This isn't a test funded by our company with scientists from our company. This is literally having an outside trusted source do the study and share the results, good or bad for our own cause. Well, you take a look at the results and see why you should consider using our products. If you have questions on the study, shoot me an email and let's discuss it. This information is incredibly important and shows the benefits of joining us and supplementing yourself with our products. Go check out my store HERE and see what we can do for you!
